All orders are shipped within 3-5 days after order is placed. Some custom orders may take longer to ship depending on order size and order type.

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, Precious Moments Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note that "First class" shipping does not come with insurance in case your package is lost or damaged in transit.

Due to the nature of custom made items ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS.
